On Wednesday 28 October, we launched our Healthy Lifestyles project with a Fun Day open to the whole community.

Join a community coach from FC United of Manchester for taster sessions in Fooball, Handball and Cricket!
Learn Cheerleading motions, pom dance skills and simple stunts!
Play Fun Shooting and Crazy Catch Netball games for all the family to get involved in!
Enjoy the buzz and accept the challenge of rock climbing and abseiling on a Mobile Climbing Wall!
Watch interactive Cooking Demonstrations on how to make healthy wraps and 'snack packs' for lunch boxes, or a quick and simple soup that is perfect for lunch times or an evening meal with the family. Includes taste testing!
Fun for all ages, as well as being a healthy activity, Pedal Car Racing doesn't have a carbon footprint!
